Yoga How To: Pigeon/Swan Pose

In this short 5 minute video I break down how to do Pigeon pose- called "Swan pose" in yin yoga. Pigeon/Swan is a hip external rotator and is great for relieving tension in the hips, hip flexors, inner thighs, and glutes. This posture helps with menstrual pain, digestive issues, sciatic pain, tight hips, and low back pain.
